How can I mute notifications for a specific list?

The option to ‘’mute’’ all notifications for your Shared lists is available to you, unless you're assigned to a to-do or mentioned in a comment. Here’s how it can be done...

On Mac and Web

To open the Edit List view from your Desktop app, double-click on the list name (or if the list is already selected, click on the pencil button located to the right of the list name). From the Edit List window, select the "List Options" tab here you will find the option to enable the "Do Not Disturb" feature, which mutes the notifications by other users in that list. "Do Not Disturb" is also available via the "More" menu in the list's Action Bar.

On iPhone & iPad

To enable Do Not Disturb on your iOS device, swipe from right to left across the Shared List, and tap on the blue cog icon. Here you will find the option to toggle the "Do Not Disturb" option on/off. "Do Not Disturb" is also available via the "More" menu in your Shared List's Action Bar.

On Android

To open up the Edit List view on Android, tap on the "..." button and then on "Edit List." Alternatively, you can long press on a list in the Home View and then tap on the pencil button located in the Action Bar at the top of the screen. Both methods will bring you to the List Options view where you can turn on "Do Not Disturb."
