If you notice that you tend to re-use certain lists – like your Groceries or Packing lists, for example – you can duplicate them with a single click. In the Web, Android and Chrome apps simply open the list you'd like to duplicate and select "More..." in the top right corner. On Android, open the list and then tap the three dots in the top right.
Select "Duplicate List" from the drop-down menu to create a new list that includes all the same To-dos, Subtasks and Notes as the original. Please know, however, that Files, Comments and the lists members you've shared with will not be included in the duplicated list.
Need to copy a single To-do rather than an entire list? From the Web and Chrome apps, just select the To-do, press CTRL+C to copy and CTRL+V to paste either into the current list or into a new one. The new To-do will be an identical copy, with the same title, Subtasks and Notes as the original. However, the copy will not include the original's File attachments and Comments.
Pro Tip: Create a "Templates" Folder and store all of the lists that you'd like to duplicate and re-use, and include "Template" in each list's title (e.g. Groceries Template, Packing Template).
List Duplication is currently only supported on our Web, Android, and Chrome apps.
