a To-Do won't sync

Just one To-Do on one list, won't sync with other devices. It's never happened in 3+ years of Wunderlist use. The list in question is an old one, & both older & newer To-Dos on that list sync fine. Stumped.

Could you please check whether that item syncs properly on Wunderlist Web [https://www.wunderlist.com/webapp]? If not, could you please follow this instruction [https://6wunderkinder.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1642800] to sync your data manually? At the same time, we will look into whether our server has some problems that might cause this sync issue!

Thanks, Sijin. Webapp did not sync.

Manual sync of webapp & android does not pick up the missing To-Do.

Manual sync of pc (where To-Do was created) does not delete the missing To-Do.

I have a similar problem. A list on my iPhone (iOS 11.4.1) doesn't sync but it does seem to be correct on my Mac and on Wunderlist Web.

IPhone 6 and iPad Pro are not syncing. I have NOT upgraded to iOS 11 because of apps I want to keep. Am thinking of looking for another app. I've been using Wunderlist for many years, and these problems began about a month ago. Logging out and back in does not appear to help.

Usually, this happened when our server is not stable, or your connection to us is not good. By checking our service, our server is operational. To help solve your problem, could you spare some time to try the following way?
- Go to Wunderlist Web (https://www.wunderlist.com/webapp)
- Manually add the unsynced data if there are some unsynced items on the Wunderlist Web and Manually sync your data on the web after adding
- Go to https://www.wunderlist.com/account/devices and remove all your devices, then re-login Wunderlist
