Lightning Bolt

I am using the web app. There is a red outline of a lightning bolt near my username. What is this for?

The red lightning bolt means your data is not completely synced. Please click on the avatar (the profile picture / your name) and choose “Sync Now”.

I have the same issue- I have hit Sync a few times, refreshed my browser, signed out and back in to the web-based program but still seeing the lightning bolt.
