Reminders are not working

Hi,

I've tried everything to make notifications work on my Zuk z2 pro but nothing have worked so far. I have set up every day reminders at certain time but the apps doesn't ring when it's time. When I go to app directly it shows that there was a reminder but there was no sound at all. I have push notifications checked on as well as Wunderslit on my whitelist in phone, battery optimalization off for this app, and phone allows all notifications from this app. I really like Wunderlist but I am starting thinking about finding new app with notifications working.

Can you help?

Same issue here with android Samsung Galaxy 7. I set reminders for the to dos I have not finished and select another date in the future but when I go back to inbox and open a to do, it shows no reminder is set. So frustrating. The to dos are useless if I dont get the push notification reminder. The reminders use to work fine, but for the last month, they disappear about 5-10 seconds after I set it.

Same problem as Alan is describing above. I am using Wunderlist on a OnePlus 5T (reminders disappear) and on an iPad (reminders work fine). Can you please fix this?

Have you noticed any pattern when the reminders disppear? Like internet environment, same action, etc.? This will help us find a solution faster.

I have the same issue. I'm using a Huawei Honor 8. The app works fine except the notifications that are completely silent.

I have not received any push notifications from my app in about a month. It is a major issue for me since this app is how my company communicates and I continually am missing important messages. I have deleted and re-installed the app, reset my phone, and ensured push notifications were on. I also made sure the "Limit Ad Tracking" was disabled. Please help.
I'm using an iPhone 8plus OS 12.1.3

At this point, I even reset my whole phone! Erased all content and settings and started from scratch. Even all that didn't fix this issue with my account notifications. Please assist!

I have now gone for far as to try to create a whole new WL account. With this new account, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, logged in/out and restarted my phone, along with all the other suggestions. Absolutely nothing is working to resolve this issue.

Sorry for the continued trouble and we are currently investigating if there is any backend issue.

While we are looking into it, could you please tell me what kind of push notifications you are expecting? You should be able to receive push notifications when a reminder sets off, when someone in a shared list creates or completes a task or mentions you in the comment.

I was expecting all the above-mentioned push notifications. I have tested receiving notifications for comments, reminders, due dates, shared lists, adding or completing tasks...pretty much everything. Absolutely nothing works. I even spoke with Apple to be sure the issue wasn't with my phone and everything checked out fine with them.

Now the app notify works on my phone.
The only thing is that I do not receive the email notification, even if I reset the setting in the app.
Notification of the desktop app for mac osx works well now.

I found your email address was not confirmed, so you cannot receive any emails from us. A confirmation email is sent to you, please check your inbox and spam folders to find it.

Same issues here, push notifications are inconsistent and I do not receive email reminders at all. iPhone XS, iOS 12. Have done all the steps above. However, I did try to change my email address to a different one based on your previous response about someone’s email address not being verified. However, the app gives me an error when I try to change the email address. Can you check my account and resend a verification email to me for my email address? Love the app, thank you for working on fixing this!

I am having the same problem. iPhone 6 with iOS 12.1.4. I have tried disabling ad limiter, tried turning push notifications on and off again, background app refresh is on, and I have tried deleting and reinstalling/logging in and out with the app. But my badges on the app still will never update unless I open the app.
So I never know if I have new reminders in a day unless I open the app.

Unfortunately, Wunderlist doesn’t support background sync (the background refresh is for receiving push notifications without opening the app), so you have to open the app to refresh the badge number, sorry for the inconvenience.

Same problem with Huawei P20. I tried reinstalling the app, made sure that the app is running in the background, push notifications are on too. It's a pity, I like Wunderlist, but can't use it when it doesn't work properly.

Thanks for responding. I confirmed everything is set to allow notification (all three types).
Banner Style = Persistent. Sounds and Badges are enabled.
Options setting:
Previews = When Unlocked
Grouping = Automatic
