Hello Emma,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In this case, please open Wunderlist in another browser, and compare the lists and tasks carefully, find out the unsynced items and add them on the other browser.

When everything is saved on the other browser, please log out your account from Chrome and log back in. This will solve the problem.

Please let me know if it works. Have a great day!

Regards,
Fangyuan

Hello,

Prior to contacting you guys I had already done this by;

A) Comparing what I was seeing on Chrome with what I was seeing on the mobile app
B) Comparing what I was seeing on Chrome v's what my colleague who has the same list was seeing.

We cannot locate any differences

Hello Emma,

Thank you for getting back to me.

An unsynced item can be a new task, a completion, a deletion, an edition in task title & subtasks & note, or a new order. Therefore, I recommend you to check the task contents to make sure your data is saved before logging out.

I’m really sorry for the trouble and hope it can solve your problem.

Regards,
Fangyuan

I got the same issue. Your answer must be a joke. I got over 400 tasks, with subtasks, comments, etc.

Is there a more pragmatic way to do this, like the app telling us, which tasks do have a sync issue?

Hello Manuel,

I’m really sorry for the trouble.

Unfortunately, it’s not supported to tell which tasks have a sync issue. Please pay attention to the tasks that have been edited or added recently. As a manually sorted order can also be an unsynced item, if the content is the same, please don’t worry about unable to find one particular unsynced item.

Thank you for your understanding!

Oh sure - I'll just go through all my HUNDREDS of tasks on the many lists I have and check each subtask and comment because we all have a spare year in our life to go do this!

Hey guys! It's been 6 months since the problem occured. Any news on the subject? Or we still have to manually search through each of our 500 tasks?

Hello Artem,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, there is no update and I’m sorry to say you still have to check each task to find the unsynced items.

Now that the next evolution of Wunderlist is here in the form of Microsoft To-Do, Wunderlist will no longer receive any new features and will eventually be retired. It won’t happen in the next few months and we’ll be sure to give our users plenty of notice beforehand.

In the meantime, you can continue to use Wunderlist normally. Of course, we’d also love for you to try To-Do and let us know how you like it – and how we can improve it. Please check To-Do at https://todo.microsoft.com/

Regards,
Fangyuan
