Photo File Will not Sync

I have always been able to open a to-do, scroll down to Add a file, select camera, take a photo and add it. I just did this, only to discover that below the photo (nicely displayed under "Add a File", there was a comment "Not Synced". I tapped on this and a progress bar showed up, slid across my screen as if completed, then the "Not Synced" comment reappeared. The to-do showed up on my husband's app, but not the photo. We have closed and opened the app on both devices. I have tried several more times to get the photo to sync - no dice.

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the trouble.

Could you please try to sync it in a different internet environment? If it doesn’t work and you still have the photo in the phone, please log out your account and log back in, then try to upload the photo again.

There is no issue with the internet connection - all other applications operating smoothly. However, signing out and back in did it. Thank you. Love this app!
