Sync Error

Had used Wunderlist for more than a year. A few weeks back, the phone app and desktop stopped syncing.

Hello Stuart,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the trouble.

Please follow the steps below:

- log in your account on our web app in a computer browser: https://www.wunderlist.com/
- compare the lists across devices, check the content too
- add the unsynced items on the web (otherwise, they will be lost)
- log out your account from all the devices and log back in

Then the sync should start again.
