Notifications not working on iPhone

I'm hoping someone can help me! For about 3 weeks I have not received a single notification through my iPhone. I use this app 100% for work, so this has been a nightmare with how much time-sensitive information I'm missing.
Here are the things I have tried:
Delete/reinstall the app
Restarting my phone
My notifications are on within the app
My notification settings for my iPhone are on for the app
My OS is up to date with iOS 12.1.3
I have ensured my "Limit Ad Tracking" is disabled.
Any advice is sooo appreciated! This is a nightmare and I don't know what else to try!!!
