Double account

I inadvertantly created two different accounts, one on my Mac and one on my iPhone. I deleted the app on my iPhone and reinstalled it several times, but it continues to reinstall with the original iPhone account. In other words, the Mac account does not transfer to the iPhone...instead the original iPhone account keeps reinstalling. This arrangement does not allow me to sync Mac with iPhone. How can I get the Mac account to install on both the Mac and iPhone?

Please simply log out your iPhone account by tapping the avatar (profile picture/name initials) and selecting “Sign out”, then you can log in the other account on the iPhone.
