Blank screen

I installed the latest update today. I had closed Wunderlist beforehand and later when I went to open it, all I got was a blank window. I waited and waited, but nothing came up. I closed the program and opened again. Same thing. Then I logged out and back in again. Still a blank page. Will this be fixed?

Same exact process and failed result as Wendy. Blank screen on App. None of my hard-worked, curated To-Do contents anywhere to be found. Ugh!

I am on Mac OSX 10.11.6.

Fangyuan and company, PLEASE PROVIDE EXPLANATION & PATCH ASAP. Restore our faith your latest App updates whenever they appear.

I'm experiencing the same problem right now. I don't mind using the web app temporarily. i just want to know if the app will still be fixed. since, the app has been part of my daily routine ever since. thanks in advance!

This is the case for me too. I use Wunderlist for business purposes and the delay in getting this patched (several days now) is ridiculous. At the very least, an option could be provided to let us rollback to the previous update, which worked fine for me.

The update has resulted in only a blank screen, as with the other users. Please fix ASAP. The web version is an inconvenience. In the future please check before updates are released.

I get only a blank screen as well. I rely on Wanderlust for daily use. I agree with Christopher...In the future please check before updates are released.

Auto-installed this morning. Blank screen size then. OS X El Capitan (10.11.6).

Pls. fix asap.

In the interim, is there a way to restore to the last version?

I agree with Christopher. I'm having the same problem with a blank screen. Wunderlist, you shouldn't be asking your loyal users to deal with Time Machine and/or web versions. We look forward to your speedy fix of this obviously pervasive issue. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. I get a blank window when I open the app on my desktop. I'm also using el Capitan. The app still works on my ipad. I don't recall updating the app--did it do it automatically. It's annoying to always have to switch devices. When will it be fixed?

I can understand that some here are frustated, but Wunderlist is great and free to use! With all the different platforms to support, I can completely understand that sometimes a bug can slip in, especially for older OS versions. Kudo's to @Fangyuan for showing your support and replying quickly.

And yes people, it is completely normal for a fix to take some time to land. Especially when the app is free and thus the resources for the developer are limited. And sometimes fixing one bug introduces an other so this should be done carefully. You don't want to have it fixed on El Capitan and get it broken on all other Mac OS versions, because then these users will get angry.

And please be careful when blaming the developer of your free to use app. It may cause the developer to lose interest in supporting their users. Or to decide to just drop support for older OS versions.

I went back to v3.4.11 via Time Machine in the mean time. Those that don't use Time Machine (which I don't recommend) can use the web version.

Installed version 3.4.14 (55) posted this morning and it worked.

Thanks so much for the quick fix. I really hope Microsoft lets me keep Wunderlist because it's Wunderful and I don't want to replace it!

A strong reminder why Time Machine backups are so important. Apple doesn't give you any other way to rewind!
